By enrolling in the Leadership Accelerator Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Program enrolment
Your place in the Leadership Accelerator Program is confirmed once payment has been received by TURN Pharmacy Leadership.
If you are purchasing on behalf of another person, or registering multiple participants, you must provide the participant’s full name and email address at checkout or by email.
2. Program delivery
The Leadership Accelerator Program is delivered online through live group workshops and supporting resources.
Session dates, times and program inclusions will be outlined in the program overview and participant communications.
While every effort will be made to deliver the program as scheduled, TURN Pharmacy Leadership reserves the right to adjust session dates, delivery format or inclusions where reasonably necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as practical.
3. Attendance and participation
Participants are encouraged to attend live sessions wherever possible to gain the greatest value from the program.
Where recordings are provided, they are for enrolled participants only and must not be shared, copied or distributed.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have suitable internet access and technology to participate in online sessions.
4. Payment
The program fee is $874 including GST per participant.
Payment may be made via the website checkout or by approved invoice arrangement.
Invoice payments must be made by the due date stated on the invoice to secure participation.
5. Cancellations, refunds and transfers
If a participant can no longer attend, please contact TURN Pharmacy Leadership as soon as possible.
Where possible, enrolments may be transferred to another suitable participant from the same pharmacy or organisation prior to the program commencing.
No refunds will be provided once the resources have been distributed and the program has commenced, due to the limited places available and the preparation involved in program delivery.
Any refund, credit or transfer request will be considered at the discretion of TURN Pharmacy Leadership.
6. Participant conduct
The Leadership Accelerator Program is designed to create a supportive, professional and constructive learning environment.
Participants are expected to engage respectfully with the facilitator and other participants. TURN Pharmacy Leadership reserves the right to remove a participant from the program if their behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful or inappropriate.
7. Confidentiality
Participants may share workplace examples, challenges and reflections during the program.
All participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of others and not share personal or workplace information discussed in the program outside the learning environment.
8. Intellectual property
All program materials, tools, templates, recordings and resources remain the intellectual property of TURN Pharmacy Leadership.
They are provided for the personal and professional use of enrolled participants only and must not be copied, reproduced, shared, sold or adapted without written permission.
9. Coaching and support
Reasonable email support is available between sessions for questions related to the program content.
If a participant requires more extensive individual support, TURN Pharmacy Leadership may recommend a separate paid coaching arrangement.
10. Disclaimer
The Leadership Accelerator Program provides leadership education, coaching and professional development. It does not replace legal, HR, financial, clinical or workplace-specific professional advice.
Participants and organisations remain responsible for decisions made and actions taken within their own workplace context.
