Back in April 2021, I had an amazing opportunity to sit down with William and Joel, the creators of PharmaHack. These guys are doing an amazing job pointing a spotlight on all areas of Pharmacy, whether they are commonplace or not. I got the opportunity not only to discuss my job as a Medicines Review Specialist and Mentor at Claims Pharmacy but also the re-launch of my leadership and coaching business specifically aimed at improving the leadership skill sets of Community Pharmacists. This podcast really allowed me to delve into where the crossroad of Pharmacy, emotional intelligence and leadership meet and what problems we face as Pharmacists.
