I’m going to level with you…this part of the course took me an eternity to finalise…Why?
Because the Why and buy-in, are two of the most important things you need to reach goals and transform any business.
The Why is what you will come back to time and time again when things don’t go to plan. It will be the beacon that your staff look to and, if you can get them to buy-in, it will help everyone stay the course when the going gets tough. You probably have heard the saying ‘it’s all the pitch’. Never a truer statement has been said when it comes to explaining the Why and building buy-in.
By exploring 5 concepts, I am going to help you articulate the Why for any vision or goal you may have and explore a myriad of ways to improve buy-in within your teams.
