In a Pharmacy, there are so many moving parts that all need to go at once. Think serving patients, while dispensing, while marking off the order, while webster packing, while trying to upskill staff to optimise workflow or expertise (you get the drift!). While every goal or task is important in its own right, it often feels like there is a war being waged by goals vying for time, importance or resources. This is where goal setting in teams can really improve a teams’ success.

In this module, we are going to look at how to implement goal-setting in teams for long-term goals and more importantly, goals that require execution on a daily basis. By the end of this module, we will have walked through a plan to link your daily tasks and goals to your long-term ones, the key requirements to empower your team and in-turn, encourage ownership and accountability within your staff.
