Take a breath and practice a pause

Before we dive into taking any action, it’s good to take a moment to reflect, or, practice a pause. When you take a moment to reflect it allows you to take a breath and take stock of the situation.

Burnout causes the inability to concentrate and create clear plans so taking the time to understand where you’re at is important. In this section, you will explore life as a whole. The idea is to gain insight into your situation and see where things are great and where there is an opportunity to restore some balance. Like always, the time to sit and process this is vital so take your time with what you uncover. Creating space for a pause is really where the magic comes to life.
