While you might be the master of practising mindfulness and living with a growth mindset, constantly battling other people’s negativity or ineffective stress-management skills can reduce team morale. The antidote to this is to start to build a team that values the power of well-being practices as well. Now, before you switch off, I know how much you already have on your plate so I have made this simple for you. Here are seven things you can incorporate into your everyday leadership style. True well-being is aligning what you want, with what you do and what you talk about. This makes the process organic and authentic rather than forced and uncomfortable. It also allows you to slowly but surely influence and evoke change without it feeling like ‘another job’.
